Individual counseling services are provided with the goal of reducing an array of emotional issues that are distressing and also interfere with an individual's overall daily functioning. These issues include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, phobias, obsessions, chronic indecision and impaired coping skills.

I provide individual counseling to clients ages 18 years old and older.
